This IPBES Nature Insight podcast discusses what transformative change means and whether it can be achieved and accelerated with threats to the natural world. It includes information about the IPBES ‘Transformative Change Assessment’, which offers tools and guidance for a more sustainable world.

In this episode, Brit Garner talks to one of the co-chairs of the Assessment, Professor Lucas Garibaldi, from the Universidad Nacional de Río Negro, in Argentina. She also speaks to Dr. Janita Gurung, a programme lead for governance and rights at the Regional Community Forestry Training Center for Asia and the Pacific (RECOFTC).
