Over the past 50 years wildlife populations have declined by 73%, with human activity being the dominant driver of loss. The Gold Standard Nature Responsibiliy Framework addresses this challenge. It is intended for organisations in the private, public and third sectors to guide the integration of nature responsibility considerations into organisational decision-making and processes. It also helps them consider how to implement actions to protect and restore nature and contribute to systemic transformation, as well as provide clarity on good practice for claims and communications.
